Hire Frank provides an AI-powered sales development system designed for industrial suppliers. Our service aims to generate qualified RFQs through automated, highly-targeted outreach. Our business model includes a one-time hiring fee and an ongoing monthly operational cost for active clients.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to our Site at our sole discretion.

These examples do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of your specific engagement with our service. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

6. The Hire Frank Guarantee

We offer a service guarantee to qualifying clients: "15 qualified RFQs in 90 days or Frank works free." This is exclusively a performance-based service guarantee applicable only to clients who have executed a formal service agreement with us. It is not a legal warranty, and its specific terms, conditions, and definitions of a "qualified RFQ" are governed entirely by the individual service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hire Frank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate at the top of this page the date these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
